Ever read the story of the von Trapp Family Singers - I mean Maria's biography, not the Sound of Music? Her dressmaker made her bust padding to counterbalance the growing pregnancy. They needed the money they were making on tour in America, and she was afraid the tour would be cancelled if her pregnancy was revealed. So she got 'portly' instead.
The result was Johannes von Trapp, who runs the Trapp Family Lodge in Vermont.
Frankly, the natural look is better.
