Great Expectations

The long-awaited ultrasound this morning revealed that we are expecting...

a boy. :D

Looks like the family guesses turned out to be right. We're thrilled, of course, as we would have been to be shown any healthy baby, but it was fun to have my "feeling" confirmed.

Hi Ash!

I've been thinking of you a lot these days, but I don't know if there is a good time to call! Know that either way I am thinking of you often and am so glad you all came safely through pregnancy and birth. It's rather miraculous, isn't it? I bought a few little items from your registry that it appeared you didn't have yet. Did you get them? Just want to make sure they didn't get lost in the mail. :)

Yay a boy! Congrats! Now just take it easy...the real hassle is about to began! A mother's instinct are nearly alway right. ^_^ May many more blesses come your way. You are going such awesome and artistic (musical) parents. :D

Remember lots of hugs and don't miss out on the lil things!

http://babynames.com/ is a website I use often to name my fictional characters...and great to look up meanings of names. :)

I would love to talk to you! I am up pretty much all the time these days :).
There is a package that UPS has been trying to deliver for the past week. I bet its from you. Thanks Nikki.
Would you please send me all your current contact info. I'm not sure that the stuff I have is current.

I think you'd rather hear from your own mother first.... than from someone old enough to be your mother. :) I dreamed of walking on the beach with a little girl, but it didn't come true for the pregnancy during which I dreamed it-Thomas :D.

He didn't show on my screen, but congrats and good luck for the remainder of this journey.

Thanks everyone for the kind remarks and suggestions and congratulations!

Grumpy,
I didn't put a picture up... I was just creating an illusion of suspense. :) I may post some later, but this ultrasound the only really "good" screen capture was of the bits. He was wiggling and moving too much to pose properly.

Wiggling and moving is a good thing! :)
